Specifically designed to maximise loft space, attic trusses provide you with an area within their structure to construct an additional room such as an office, bedroom or storage space. More expensive than standard roof trusses but with vastly more potential, they are a worthy upgrade if you wish to maximise every metre of your home. On top of this, they often allow for greater quantities of insulation to be utilised, improving energy efficiency and increasing the value of your home.
🏡 Habitable attic: Unlike standard/fink trusses, attic trusses allow you to utilise your attic space. Make it into another bedroom, an office, bathroom, storage area or, within reason, whatever you fancy!
💰 Cost-effective: Although initially more expensive, attic trusses can work out cheaper in the long run, as they dramatically increase the usable space of your home. Compared to an extension, this can be 40% cheaper.
💨 Quick to install: Compared to a traditional cut roof, attic trusses can be installed in as little as a day.
💪 Strong: Attic trusses, with their triangular design, are stronger than traditional methods and will span further without supporting walls.
🖥️ High quality: Trusses are designed in specialist software and made in a purpose-built factory, ensuring millimetre perfect accuracy every time.
🔨 More site space: Rather than having to store vast amounts of timber on site, trusses can be delivered just in time for installation.

We have some of the best toys in the industry. We have invested over £2.5M in our brand new facility and have used almost 20 years of manufacturing experience to ensure it does exactly what we want. It’s the secret to turning your project around in as little as 5 days, no matter what the complexity.
We run two Hundegger saws from Germany. These saws are truly incredible, allowing us to cut the timber for your project at an astonishing pace whilst achieving pin-point accuracy. The saws are fed directly from our design office and will optimise the use of every length of timber for minimal waste.
Once the timber components are cut, they move directly to one of our truss presses. Our skilled assemblers will set out your truss on the press with the assistance of a laser system—again, fed from our design office. The lasers minimise setup time whilst ensuring perfect accuracy every time. Once the truss is set, a jig is formed for multiple runs. Steel nail plates are then pressed into the timbers using 35 tonne presses to complete the roof truss.

All of our trusses and joists are made from TR26 timber. TR26 timber is a high-performance, engineered wood that combines exceptional strength and versatility, making it a top choice for demanding structural applications. It’s specifically graded to ensure consistent quality and reliability, with the ability to withstand heavy loads and offer long-lasting durability. TR26 timber is often used in the construction of roof trusses, floor joists, and other key structural elements, where its strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to wear and decay make it a standout choice. Whether in residential or commercial projects, TR26 provides peace of mind and reliability, ensuring a solid, secure foundation for any build.
On top of this, all of our timber is PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified, meaning when you purchase trusses or joists from us, you're contributing to the health of the woodland that provides our timber. This includes replanting trees when others are felled, ensuring wildlife is cared for and those working in the woodland are paid fairly.

If you live in the areas marked red below, you'll require treatment on all trusses & joists purchased. If not, there is no need. Please get in contact if you require your trusses to be treated.
