Step 1: Send us your requirements

You can email us at enquiries@tailormadedesigns.co.uk or use our contact form. If you have drawings for your project, great, send us these. If you don’t have any drawings, just write a brief description of what you require or send us a simple sketch. If you prefer you can also call us on 01432 355046 and talk through your requirements with one of our designers—they will be more than happy to assist you. For simple requirements, you can also order directly from our website. It takes just a few minutes and will be with you in as little as 5 days.

Step 2: Producing your design

Our designers will take whatever information you have provided and quickly turn this into a full roof truss or posi joist design. We use industry leading design software which enables us to provide you with clear, easy to understand drawings and details of your roof or floor. You will also be provided with access to a fully interactive 3D model of your roof or floor, which has proved to be invaluable to our customers. Click here to see an example.

Step 3: Producing your quotation

Once your design is complete, our software will quickly turn this into a fully itemised quotation. Your quotation will be clear and easy to understand with no hidden extras. It will include everything the completed roof or floor design requires, including delivery to site.

Step 4: Check the details

Measure twice – cut once, as they say. Take our drawings to site and double-check the measurements. If something needs changing, just let us know and we’ll quickly revise the design. If you’re unsure of something, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through it. We’re here to help—we want your project with us to be a success.

Step 5: Place your order

Once you're satisfied that all of the details are correct, just contact us by phone or email to place your order. We'll then run through any additional details with you, including special delivery requirements and delivery dates. Remember, we can deliver in as little as 5 working days.
