"I am a structural engineer of 50 years standing. I have used Tailor Made and the team for 5 years since starting my own practice. The service I have received on every enquiry with them has been fast, efficient and with deliverable that are exceptional in detail and priced attractively. I have not counted the number of projects of mine that have been executed without difficulty on site it is certainly in double digits. So to summarise:

Speed of response to enquiry - Excellent.
Details provided with response - Excellent.
Price - Competitive.
Delivery - usually within 2 weeks subject to workload.
Accuracy on site without problems occurring - Excellent.

No matter the size or scale of project they have always produced on time. I use the Truss and Joist products. Their pricing is fair and the products great and the turnaround to delivery is amazing. "Sent a few drawings in, not knowing how good the quote and designs would be. They give you a rafter layout and 3d moving images of the roof. Most companies only give you a quote and number needed, but these are different—full drawings, layout and 3d images on quote stage."
